Robert Stephen Isabalija, Ph.D.

Robert is the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University, Kampala, Uganda. He is also a Board Member of the Uganda Development Bank, a Robert Stephen Isabalija, Ph.D.Project Management Professional (PMP), and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has considerable field experience in specialized financial management and project management.

Robert has a Doctorate of Philosophy majoring in public policy (International Development and Sustainable Futures) and has been consulting for the last eight years with private and public institutions in change management, project management, financial management, and policy analysis. He has worked with donor-funded projects both in NGOs and government institutions for the last thirteen (13) years and has been lecturing in the Faculty of Management, Makerere University Business School for the last seven (7) years.
